A:You might be pushing it with 45s. I can fit 3 different types of 30cal, but I'm sure a 45lc is a bit much. There should be another version of this for larger calibers, though.

A:The snaps have some give but tourborn also makes one that laces on. I used this on a .45-70 trapdoor carbine and it worked fine.

A:The fatter part of the cartridge of a 30-30 is about .45 of an inch, so it should hold .45 calibers and 30-30 just the same.

A: I believe this will fit almost any rifle stock. The snap straps and butt strap are decent elastic. The secret is that the inside is not leather, but a heavy rubberized vinyl that grips and prevents slippage and roll over. I treated mine with neatsfoot oil overall and stretched the cartridge holders to take cartridges for my Browning A-bolt Medallion in .338 winmag. It's not only handy, but the fine leather and the bright brass on the polished walnut stock really looks sharp. 

Q: will it fit 7mm Rem mag?
A: Yes it will, i have tried it on a 270 Savage, SKS, MR-1, 300 Weatherby Mag wooden stock deluxe Mark IV and a Browning 300 Short Mag with wooden Monte Carlo Stock, I haven’t tried it on anything I own without it fitting, it has stretchy elastic bands on the snapping straps so it will fit whatever you have for sure.
