Comments：I should start by saying that this bag is a decent investment overall. It seems like it will hold up. It fits my 15" MacBook pro inside of its case, and it's attractive. I'm pleased overall. There are some design aspects that I don't appreciate, however.
First, I really don't understand the design of the straps. I looked everywhere for a bag that is essentially this one. I just wanted normal shoulder straps. These go through the loop in such a way that when you attempt to pull it over one arm, it pulls the strap through the hole tight, making it near impossible to get my other arm through. I had to tie a knot in it.
Second, It's also very thin. I can only fit my laptop case and a small portfolio in it. I have other things I travel with, especially on my bike commute, so it would be nice to have just one bag.
Some other small design things that are frustrating are the strap that shuts the bag, I would appreciate it being a clip that I can open and shut more quickly, and the side pouches. They should be big enough to fit a water bottle/travel mug in. As it is they fit a travel sized bike pump on one side, and my sunglasses on the other.
This company makes another bag with normal straps that seems a little bit roomier, but I don't think it would fit my laptop as well as this one does. I haven't found anything comparable, so I don't regret the purchase, but I had those last few things, it would have been perfect.

Comments：If you watch the seller's video, you see it is slightly difficult to thread the backpack strap through the top metal buckle. The good news is that you only need to do this once. You can leave the strap permanently threaded. There are deep pockets to hold it in place when biking. They aren't shown in the video, so I wanted to reassure people. To convert to backpack mode, you just pull the strap ends from the pockets and clip them to the bottom of the bag.

Comments：Good quality bag. Easily converts from backpack to pannier. Pannier connections are good quality. My only gripe is with the strap to close the top of the bag. It is genuine leather, but it's not very well finished and doesn't have the quality appearance as the rest of the bag.

Comments：Really perplexed by the mixed reviews I've read here for this.
For my biking purposes this bag is GREAT!
1. It easily switches between being a pannier bag to a backpack. The padding over the pannier clips works well and zips close well. It is totally comfortable to wear as a backpack. Some other pannier/backpack combo bags I've tried like this did not work as well.
2. The bag itself - considering the price - seems well constructed. Is it a bit cheap in terms of some of the build quality? 
3. The outer shell is fully waterproof, I've used it while raining and it performed well.
4. It looks pretty good.
Overall 5 stars. I bike a lot and grocery shop and take my laptop to the office and so far for that it's exactly what I wanted. I hope it has some durability and holds up well but for the price it's a great deal.
